Miss McKenna!!

She is now four months and is a well behaved little lady. She smiles when you talk to her and is such a good baby.

She is getting to be so big and looks much like her daddy. She loves her daddy. He can make her laugh for a long time. Yesterday he threw her in the air and caught her and it normally freaks me out, but she was just laughing away. Then there are times when daddy loves her cute pouty face and makes a scarry noise just to see it. Just wait daddy she will use that pouty face sure enough later when she wants something!

She loves her brother. They are buddies. When i put her down for tummy time, she does not like it one bit, but big brother comes to the rescue and flips her back over. When she cries, Mason says "Nenna crying, Nenna crying" over and over until i go and do something about it. They are so cute together. He already has that big brother protector instinct. Its funny how they interact with each other and its something that you don't teach them, its just something that they learn on thier own.

Old MacDonald had a farm.

Sometimes i think my son was meant to grow up on a farm. He loves the animals, the fresh air, and of course all the running space he could ever want. My best friend's parents house is in Eagle mountain, Utah with alot of land to roam free. They have ducks and chickens and bees and fish. Mason's favorite part of being out there is the tractor. He loves it so much that it is a big fight to get him off. but it is peacefull and he enjoys it. It also gives me a break and i am all about going places where there is nothing he can get into.

Happy 2nd Birthday Mason!!

Mason loves the playground and loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and the Little Einsteins so I decided to make his theme a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday party at Mickey park(really veterans park in west jordan). It was fun. I made his cake based on the "Oh Toodles" character. It was hard but I did it all out of love. Then i ordered these mickey mouse ears for all of his little friends to wear at the party. It was cute and everyone had a lot of fun. McKenna enjoyed hanging out and watching her big brother play with all of his friends.

We gave Mason a bike for his birthday and he is still learning to pedal it. Everyday he comes home and says "Bike". But when he gets on it he means " I sit while you push".

Fun at Gardner Village

One of Scott's friends runs the petting zoo and horse rides at Gardner Village. So we decided to go there for a family outing last weekend. It was really fun and Mason had a great time. McKenna was not happy. Scott had put a bag of sunflower seeds in the stroller and of course it attracted all the goats to the stroller. I was trying to fend off the little horned animals from my little girl while Scott was dying laughing. They have a lot of fun animals there just roaming around you and it is really cheap to go. Too bad they don't have a pass we can buy and take Mason all summer long. They have donkey's, goats, lamas, pigs, ducks, chickens, sheep, and horses. Mason stuck his finger in the chicken house and they pecked his finger and he looked startled then he laughed and did it again. He really liked the horse ride most of all.

This is why you don't turn your head for one second!

We were going to give Mason a bath and thought to ourselves "oh he's ok" so we went around the corner to get him a towell and this is what we found when we came back.

An impatient little man with all his clothes on still (including his shoes) sitting in the bath tub with the water still running. I just had to laugh and be thankful it wasn't something seriously horrible.

New Look!

So I decided to have a different look to my blog. Its cute and i like it! so i guess i will have to start saying more so you will have to read more!
